Consultation fees

Fees cover the consultation only. Medicines, courier charges and any investigations advised are separate and are not included in the consultation fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment: full refund of the consultation fee.
Cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment: the fee is not refunded, but it may be carried forward to a rescheduled consultation within 30 days.
Missed appointment without notice: the fee is not refunded. One rebooking within 30 days may be arranged at the clinic's discretion.
Cancelled by the clinic for any reason, including the doctor's unavailability: full refund, or a rescheduled appointment at your preference.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is available free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Message the clinic on WhatsApp at +91 73403 74358 to reschedule.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are made to the original payment method — UPI, card or PayPal.
Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of an approved request.
Credit to your account typically takes a further 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International refunds may take longer.
Payment gateway charges, where deducted by the gateway on an international transaction, may not be recoverable and are refunded only to the extent the gateway returns them.

Medicines

Dispensed medicines cannot be returned or refunded once despatched, for reasons of patient safety. If a courier is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact the clinic within 7 days of the expected delivery date and a replacement will be arranged.

What a consultation fee pays for. The fee covers Dr. Meenakshi's professional time and the assessment of your case. It is not a payment for a particular result. Individual responses to homoeopathic treatment vary, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. A refund is not available on the basis of treatment response.

Concerns are acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved within 15 working days wherever possible.
