- For conditions requiring immediate physical investigation, Dr. Meenakshi may decline to treat online and will recommend in-person evaluation at an appropriate facility.
No Guarantee of Cure
While many patients experience significant improvement, no specific outcome, cure, or result can be guaranteed for any patient. The clinic's representations of past outcomes are illustrative, not predictive.
Initial Aggravation
Homeopathic treatment may occasionally produce an initial aggravation — a temporary intensification of existing symptoms before improvement begins. This is a recognised phenomenon in homeopathy. Patients should report significant changes to Dr. Meenakshi's team via WhatsApp.
If you are under treatment for a serious condition (cancer, organ failure, severe infection, etc.), you must inform both your allopathic physician and Dr. Meenakshi. Homeopathy in such cases is supportive and complementary, not curative.
3. Patient Undertaking & Informed Consent
By submitting a consultation request or booking form on this website, you confirm and undertake the following:
- I am voluntarily seeking homeopathic treatment and have not been coerced or misled into doing so.
- I will provide complete and accurate information about my medical history, current medications, allergies, and relevant past treatments.
- I will not self-medicate or add new treatments alongside Dr. Meenakshi's prescribed treatment without informing her team.
- I understand that homeopathic medicines take time and results may not be immediate — I will follow the prescribed treatment plan for the recommended duration before assessing outcomes.
- I will attend or join follow-up consultations as advised and will not discontinue treatment abruptly without notifying the clinic.
- I consent to Dr. Meenakshi's team contacting me via WhatsApp on the number I provide, for consultation scheduling, treatment updates, and follow-up care.
- I consent to my anonymised and de-identified case information being used for educational or research purposes, with no personally identifiable information disclosed. I may opt out by informing the clinic in writing.
- I understand that photographs shared for clinical assessment will be stored securely and used only for treatment purposes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consultation Fee
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment slot is confirmed.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be offered a reschedule without additional charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows without prior communication, will forfeit the consultation fee.
- If Dr. Meenakshi cancels due to an emergency, the patient will be offered a full refund or a priority reschedule.
Medicine Cost — India (Domestic)
- Medicines are dispatched only after the consultation and prescription are finalised.
- Once medicines are dispensed and dispatched, no refund is available, as all medicines are individually prepared for each patient.
- If you receive damaged or incorrect medicines, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be dispatched at no charge upon verification.
Medicine Cost — International Patients
- Once medicines are dispatched internationally, no refund is available due to customs regulations and international logistics costs.
- If medicines are lost or significantly delayed (beyond 45 days from dispatch), a replacement will be arranged after investigation with the courier.
- Patients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country's customs authority.
Chargeback Policy
All consultations and transactions are documented. Fraudulent chargebacks initiated after services have been rendered will be disputed with full documentation. Initiating an unfounded chargeback may result in permanent restriction from clinic services.

- The clinic provides customs-compliant documentation with every shipment. However, customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient and the clinic cannot guarantee clearance in any specific country.
