Stress at work or at home, and how you tend to react to it. Family history of similar or related conditions.
None of this is small talk. These are the details that distinguish between remedies which could otherwise all suit the same diagnosis. A patient whose eczema worsens in winter and who sleeps poorly is a different case from one whose eczema flares in humidity and whose digestion is disturbed, even though both have eczema.
